What is the difference between a lead, an account and an opportunity?

Leads
A lead is a person who expressed interest for a hair transplant surgery via the online consultation form.

Accounts (Patient Accounts)
An Account is a ‘converted’ lead that qualifies for a hair transplant surgery procedure, or an existing patient imported from MRX.

Opportunity
A potential sales deal that you want to track (i.e. a hair transplant surgery).
